Assistant Residential Manager

The Assistant Residential Manager will be responsible for the distribution/supervision of duties assigned to the residential staff. These duties will include overseeing and monitoring the documentation of patient behavior, acting as a role model for residents, patients, and residential staff and providing supervision of Therapeutic Assistants and residents. In addition, the Assistant Residential Manager will ensure that the residential staff consistently exercise safe implementation of individual treatment plans, monitor residential documentation, and assure that proper communication is maintained. The Assistant Residential Manager will uphold the mission, philosophy, purpose, and goals of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel and patient data and information in the performance of assigned duties and upholding Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute policies.
