Role/Responsibilities
As an Product Analyst with Moody’s Analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring successful development and management of Moody’s Analytics’ Commercial Real Estate software lending products to new and existing clients.

- Identify market requirements and trends, based on customer discussions and feedback from sales. Conduct interviews with customers and SMEs and manage client discussions
- Write detailed product specifications and user stories; manage business requirements and back-log items
- Triage and handle client-related requests, including those initiated either externally and internally, in a prioritized order
- Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritizations. Coordinate with internal and external customers around product review and feedback
- Collaborate with teams working on related features to ensure coordinated efforts
- Design and document product features while collaborating with design and engineering teams. Work with software engineering to ensure product is being developed to specifications
- Conduct qualitative assessments and solution validation for all new and existing product features and functionality
- Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating extensively with the project manager, product owner, technical personnel and other team members
- Demo and present the product to customers and internal teams
- Plan and conduct in-house training to Sales and Professional Services prior to product release
- Assist in creating and maintaining prototypes / wireframes for product features and functionality as needed
Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 4 years of analyst experience in the financial services and risk management software industry
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions
- Ability to support clients and implementation projects as well as sales opportunities on a set of features or solutions. Supports the product manager.
- Bachelors required, Master degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred.
- This position requires the individual to be available to provide periodic evening and weekend on call support in line with business needs
