Moon Air is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Technician Lead to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment for our clients in the Elkton, MD area. This position typically works Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am until the job is complete with night and weekend hours as needed. We pay our HVAC Installation Technician Leads a competitive wage of $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD
- 3 years of experience as a lead installer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job
- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening
