Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Help Desk Specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving help desk tickets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The Help Desk Specialist will assist users with desktop computer inquiries, deliver exceptional customer support, and ensure timely solutions that optimize system performance. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist end-users effectively
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Experience with Desktop Computers, including hardware and software maintenance
- Exceptional Customer Support abilities with a focus on clear communication and user satisfaction
- Familiarity with remote IT tools and processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in IT-related fields is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A or ITIL Foundation, are advantageous
