Duties:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Assist in resolving warranty disputes or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warranty administration or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures is a plus
