WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Job Objective: Under limited supervision, works to assist instructors with instructional excellence. Provides analysis and strategies for instructors to address opportunities for improvement within the classroom. Works with instructors in an advisory setting to promote best instructional practices in the classroom. An incumbent in this position will utilize discretion, ingenuity and independent judgment due to the complexity of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in instructional design and development, instructional technology media or related area preferred.

Credentials Oklahoma Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Additional certifications may be required for special program areas

Special Knowledge, Skill or Ability
 Knowledge and experience with instructional design and development
 Demonstrated proficiency using standard educational software applications
 Analytical and reasoning ability
 Excellent oral, written, social, presentation, and digital communication skills
 Ability to work well with others
 Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance
 Must be able to work with instructors in a variety of fields to construct curriculum
 Should have knowledge of strategies to integrate technology into the learning environment
 Must have knowledge and understanding of the learning/teaching process
 Leadership ability
 Satisfactory personal conduct and integrity

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in classroom teaching, developing training, and/or instructional materials required.
