Requirements:
- 2 years of in-home sales management experience (required)
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- In-home residential sales experience (required)
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of 15 in-home sales professionals
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance tracking
- Be available to support and mentor your team as needed—including by phone
- Work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday
Compensation:
$200,000 – $500,000 per year (performance-based)
