We are an established, privately owned practice. We are hiring this long term full time role for Tuesdays-Fridays. This opportunity is open to those who have at least one year of previous dental assisting experience! Please no new grad applicants for this particular role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam rooms for patients
- Provide instruction for treatment and post-treatment care
- Chart, take digital X-rays and photos
- Take intra oral scans (training included with on boarding)
- Provide technical assistance during dental procedures and examinations
- Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and confidentiality of patient's records
- Maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment
- Keep supplies stocked
- Remove temporary crowns and try in/adjust permanent crowns.
- Build rapport with patients
Qualifications:
- Required: at least 1 year of dental assisting experience.
- Current X-Ray (Radiology) certification
- Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strict adherence to policies and regulations relating to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA
- Previous experience using computers (Dentrix/Open Dental/Eagle Soft, Dexis, MS Word, scanning documents)
- Desire to continually improve by learning new techniques, procedures, and processes.
- Team oriented with an outgoing personality
