The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget while ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
Key Roles:
- Oversee and manage multiple real estate projects from start to finish, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential delays and risks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Monitor financial performance of projects and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on project milestones.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status, challenges, and risks to leadership.
- Order Materials for respective real estate projects
- Coordinate with the construction manager/ Bookkeeper on a daily to ensure great communication
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Preferably knows how to use BUILDERTREND Project management software
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Morais Legacy Real Estate LLC in Canton, MA. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery on site.
