- Quarterly & Year-End Bonus Opportunities
- Leasing Bonuses: $100 per new lease
- Renewal Commissions: Shared and paid monthly

Team & People Leadership
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing office and maintenance team
- Schedule staff, conduct daily meetings, and drive accountability
- Foster a positive, solutions-first culture
- Maximize NOI through strategic budget management and cost control
- Oversee collections, reporting, and expense tracking
- Analyze KPIs and property performance metrics regularly
- Maintain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction
- Support leasing, renewals, and move-in processes
- Be a face of the community, building strong resident relationships
- Ensure fast turnaround for work orders and unit turns
- Manage curb appeal and capital projects
- Supervise vendors and service contracts
- Execute marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic
- Monitor comps and trends to stay competitive
- Uphold Fair Housing, safety, and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years in property management or APM experience
- Proven success managing teams and meeting financial goals
- Budgeting, renovation, and vendor management experience
- Bonus: ARM, CAM, CAPS, or other industry certifications
