Duties And Responsibilities

- Analyze various documents including leases, contracts, and title documentation to summarize company ownership and obligations.
- Set up leases and other agreements in Quorum, using system QCs and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Associate leases / agreements to their appropriate well and unit relationships.
- Manage payments, general and expiration obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payments and system updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience with leases, title opinions and contracts preferred.
- Must have strong analytical skills and proven high level of attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to use sound judgement to determine priority of projects and to keep several projects moving forward simultaneously.
- Team Oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills.
- Must be motivated and a self-starter.
- Great written and oral communication skills a must – phone and email.
