Job Summary
The full-time Account Coordinator position serves to support the film marketing team and assists with client account work in designated markets. They will work under the direction of the assigned team lead(s).
Responsibilities
- Team related duties, to include:
- Assist in the creation of content for social media channels
- Assist with monthly client billing, vendor invoices, and POs
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Assist with client and agency tracking/reporting (status updates, proof of performance, business summaries, etc.)
- Participate in achieving discipline goals, revenue goals and business development efforts
- Client related duties, to include:
- Assist in the development of plans and strategies to achieve client goals
- Vendor and partner related duties, to include:
- Assist in the research of industry trends, partners and vendors; maintain partner/vendor database.
- Promotion related duties, to include:
- Assist in ensuring the quality, timeliness and integrity of promotion proposals and efforts
- Coordinate activation elements in accordance to project scope of work (grassroots efforts, promotional efforts, influencer marketing, advance screenings, WOM campaigns, costume tours, events, etc.)
- Publicity related duties, to include:
- Assist in ensuring the quality, timeliness and integrity of publicity efforts and press relations
- Coordinate publicity elements in accordance to project scope of work (pitch/secure interview interest, junkets, activation/event elements; coordinate and implement PA Tours, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Special Position Requirements
- Some travel may be required
- Driving a personal vehicle, or vehicles not owned by the company, on company time for company or client purposes is, or may become, a job requirement of this position. Proof of a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile liability insurance will be required.
