Morphy Auctions is seeking an outgoing and friendly personality to add to our ever-growing Customer Experience Team. This is a forward-facing customer service position requiring a friendly and personable disposition. Occasional weekends required.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Promptly manage customer needs, including but not limited to, incoming calls, customer service inquiries by phone and face-to-face and all other related support questions.
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
- Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service
- Record customer inquiries in customers’ accounts.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's services and policies.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Scanning/filing
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong dedication to quality customer service.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to communicate with many different levels of employees and clients.
- The ability to work within Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience required.
