Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, offering opportunities for professionals in various architectural positions. Selected candidates will actively participate in project planning, design development, drafting, client communications, and other activities to support the successful completion of architectural and design projects. Each role involves collaboration with your team, contributing to innovative solutions, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and visualization tools with a strong emphasis on Revit compentency
- Strong project management skills, including team coordination
- Experience in preparing construction documents and understanding building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients, consultants, and team members
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architectural licensure or working towards licensure is preferred
- Previous experience in educational, institutional, or commercial projects is a plus
