We are looking for an energetic, nice, hard-working, organized, fast learner to help us reach our clinic expansion goals. Must be a team player able to work with patients and team with a friendly can-do attitude. Must be flexible in a changing environment and be efficient in multiple daily tasks that include fantastic computer skills.
Job duties include Front Desk and Therapy Assistant but are not limited to:
- Greeting Patients
- Collecting payments for treatments
- Assisting patients with therapy
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Gathering and looking up insurance
- Scheduling new patients
Healthcare setting:
- Private practice
Schedule:
- Four days a week, 10 Hour work days
- Day shift
- No weekends
- 1 hour lunch
Education:
- College degree preferred
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: (We are willing to train)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
