What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey CAD Technician position at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc.?
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Survey CAD Technician for our Towson, Maryland office.
Candidates should have 1 - 4 years of progressive experience in work on boundary, topographic, and control surveys and/or construction stakeout for residential and commercial development. Responsibilities include property research; completing survey computations; preparation of boundary, subdivision, easement plats and legal descriptions; and processing topographic survey, control, and location survey information.
Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with field to finish survey tasks, plats and survey deliverables.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of progressive experience
- Experience with recent versions of AutoCAD
- Carlson Survey and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
