Client Billing Specialist

Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks an experienced Client Billing Specialist to join its Finance Department in its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly pro forma selections.
• Completing attorney edits on pro formas.
• Review for guideline compliance.
• Final billing with submission of invoices on electronic websites.
• Accounts receivable follow up to clients.

The Client Billing Specialist will be the primary contact for the billing attorneys and clients and responsible for the monthly pro forma process. Position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience (previous law experience preferred).
• Ability to take initiative with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic websites for invoice submission.
• In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements and specific client designated software.
• Strong computer skills, including MSWord, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.

Salary: $65K - $70K.
