Opportunity: Project focus on Healthcare projects from small clinics to large ambulatory care and surgical centers.
- Designing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and/or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems, energy studies/improvements, sustainable design elements, and other components for buildings and facilities.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Leading business development pursuits.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Professional Engineering License required.
- Understanding of NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.
- Knowledge of Med Gas.
- Ability to obtain ASHRAE Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP) certification.
- Revit/BIM experience and LEED certification are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
