Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies
Manage accounts payable, month-end close, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 10 years of accounting experience with a degree in another field
Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close procedures
Experience in supervising accounting teams and working with budgets, grants, or federal contracts is preferred
