We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is excited to build, lead, and scale Mosaic's mission forward. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Associate Director assists with the overall operation of the agency, including human resources, financial management, and staff development.
This role will also assume responsibility for operations in the absence of the Executive Director.

As an Associate Director, you will:
- Coordinate team meetings so staff receives updated information on program activities and other important operational details.
- Serve as liaison to community organizations and organizational committees, attending regularly scheduled meetings, and participating in sustainable funding efforts as assigned.
- Support and maintain open communication with staff, people served, and their families/guardians.
- Serve as a representative in the community and/or on organizational committees, attending scheduled meetings regularly and participates in sustainable funding efforts as assigned.
- Ensure that all environments (living, working, day services) and company vehicles are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for all employees and people served.
- Assist with meeting the human resource needs of the program through effective hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling and supervision of direct support and supervisory staff
- Ensure the needs of people served, the agency, and employees are met through an effective on-call and emergency notification and response team.
SCHEDULE: Business hours - Days, Salaried-Exempt, 40 hours, administrative on call support which will require flexibility of hours based on the needs of the agency.

What YOU'LL Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in a related field
- Supervisory or management experience required
- Previous successful experience in budget management and human resources is helpful
- Some states may require QIDP certification and experience in an ICF/DD
