Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is now contracting with Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities in their homes. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to coordinate your visits based on the needs of the individual(s) you serve and your availability to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help individuals identify and achieve goals that promote their well-being and independence.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of those we serve while ensuring their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met.
• Demonstrate emotional support while assisting with general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry duties.

Requirements:

• A passion for helping others.
• An ability to complete all state required training courses.
• Background checks and Class 1 fingerprints.
