Summary

The West Family Clinic at Mosaic Life Care in Maryville, MO is seeking to hire an additional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Join a positive, patient-focused environment where you and the physicians’ become partners and mutual advisors. With supervision and management by both physicians and other NPs and PAs, you’re supported by people who understand your professional needs and goals!
Highlights
    The Nursing Home APRN participates as a leader of the Maryville nursing home care team. The APRN visits patients at skilled and long-term levels of care in designated facilities. Provides appropriate evidence-based geriatric medicine. Coordinates care with hospitalists, primary care physicians and care managers as needed. Makes home visits as directed by the medical staff to meet patient needs and provide continuity of care.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a CNS or APRN master’s degree in a nursing program in the specialty area or must demonstrate successful completion of a formal post-graduate track or accredited program (within the specialty area) within a school of nursing granted graduate-level academic credit (e.g. graduate, non-matriculating program)
  • Licensed in state of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Must be currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying body acceptable to the Missouri or Kansas State Board of Nursing as well as hold and maintain a current Document of Recognition
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications
