Title:  Exteriors Remodeler

Reports To:  Exteriors Project Manager

Job Purpose:  Provide excellent and professional siding and related product installation on every job to support the team in completing each job on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential exteriors product installation and/or repair as assigned
• Perform advanced carpentry as required for each job
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Load and Unload materials at job site
• Keep job sites safe and clean
• Provide assistance and support on any task to Project Managers as needed
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain consistent on-time attendance

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 year siding installation experience
• 2 years residential building & remodeling experience
• Ability to accurately measure, fabricate, and install aluminum coil for window trim installation
• Have your own transportation, valid class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between jobsites
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Supply your own tools
• Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
