CREATIVE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

While now recognized as a global fashion brand, MOSCOT remains, at hear, a neighborhood optical shop.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Creative Manager to join the team in our Lower East Side Headquarters. This experienced Manager enjoys producing eye catching campaigns, is a team player, and has a excellent communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicate with all departments (Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative) to manage deadlines, calendar events, etc.
- Manage Timelines for all campaigns across multiple channels and provide updates to cross functional teams on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize Shot List for photo shoots and other promotional efforts
- Manager Product / Frame Inventory while on set for any photo shoots or creative endeavors
- Effectively manage budgets for any and all photo shoots
- Manage relationships with vendors inclusive of location, photographers, make up artist & hair stylists, models, retouchers, video editors, etc.
- Responsible for ordering catering and other supplies to set for photoshoots
- Manage Transportation & Schedules for all parties involved
- Work on long term file management projects through out the year to ensure organization of all visual assets
- Source pricing from various print vendors for POP, accessories, etc.
