Responsibilities:
- Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, debit cards, or gift cards.
- Efficiently operate computer system to process payments.
- Maintain correct balances on all transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Manage cash sales clearing and ensure timely resolution on outstanding debits and credits.
- Manage Parts cash sales clearing and credit card receipts.
- Manage cash drawer, counting to ensure that proper drawer amount is maintained.
- Schedule and coordinate all loaners valets with customers ensuring that communication happens in a timely manner.
- Follow up on payment of finished vehicle and communicate with service manager any vehicles that have not been picked up for more than a week after completion.
- Ensure that all customer hard copies have signatures.
- Make sure that all KPI’s for email capture rate are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Valid driver’s license
