Moses Lake Community Health Center is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to join our medical team! The Eligibility Specialist provides patients with information and assistance in applying for financial assistance for pharmacy, medical and dental services.
Responsibilities
- Process reduced fee applications.
- Process applications for Healthcare Insurance.
- Checks in pre-registered, new, and established patients.
- Answer and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Answer calls in a timely manner, maintain availability on phones (ready status).
- Maintain UDS goal for case management (50% completion for Medicare Annual Wellness Visits).
