Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures and guest account management
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and experience
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and guest feedback collection

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management operations and guest relations best practices
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
  • Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality management principles
  • Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
