Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures and guest account management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and guest feedback collection
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel management operations and guest relations best practices
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality management principles
