What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and execute VIP visits: meeting room bookings, signage, catering, swag bags, and logistics
- Provide warm, professional meet-and-greets, escort customers across campus, and ensure every detail is flawless
- Manage customer registration, Zoom setup, and onsite hospitality with a concierge mindset
- Conduct guided tours of our campus and capture real-time moments with high-profile guests
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and special program assignments
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in white-glove or VIP customer service
- Strong technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook scheduling, and Google Docs; experience setting up Zoom meetings
- Exceptional problem-solving ability; anticipate needs, resolve issues fast, and adapt on the fly
- Polished, confident verbal and written communication skills; you know how to connect with executives and clients professionally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; you thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
