We have an emergent need for a test lead for the IVR R2 project.
Ideal Candidate:
This is a 10-month contract. Duration: 12 months.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7 - 10 years testing experience with 3 - 5 years' experience leading a team of testers
- Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
- Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
- Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH as needed.
- Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest - must have
- Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) - nice to have
- Utilities industry experience - nice to have but highly preferred.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
- PMP and other test technology certifications - nice to have
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
