Our Client, a member of the higher education profession, are currently looking to bring aboard a IT Manager who can support their users, but also lead the help desk team. Their ideal candidate has managed a team, but specifically a team within the higher education industry. As an IT Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing the infrastructure including computer software and hardware, troubleshooting, and working within a ticketing system.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of professional management experience within the higher education industry
- Comfortability working within a Windows environment
- Experience managing a support team
- Comfortability creating and implementing new ideas for improvements
- Knowledge of a ticketing system, ServiceNow or similar
- Professional experience with Active Directory and Exchange
This role does requires on-site work of 5 days a week in Northern Massachusetts.
