Required Skills & Experience
- 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with a background in systems, infrastructure, or developer tools
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and maintaining production-level systems at scale
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Typescript, Go, or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Background in early-stage or high-growth companies is strongly preferred
- Interest in building performant, scalable systems from the ground up
- Familiarity with modern devops workflows, CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering
- Experience in infrastructure-as-code, developer tooling, or security-conscious system design
- Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively with other engineers
- Passion for solving technical challenges in a greenfield setting
