Required Skills & Experience

• 6 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on distributed systems architecture
• 3 years of experience leading technical teams, setting engineering standards, and making architectural decisions
• Expertise in Python, Scala, or Go and a strong commitment to CI/CD, testing, and fault-tolerance
• Hands-on experience managing and deploying cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize technical outcomes

• 2 years in adtech or martech engineering
• 2 years in an early-stage startup (pre-Series B)
