Our client, a leading Fintech and Tax Processing company is hiring for a Workforce Management Data Analyst to join their team in Tucson, AZ! In this role, you will be responsible for improving the overall quality of our data sets, increasing efficiency of our staffing progress, and reducing overall variance in our delivery of quality.
**1 year W2 contract to start**
Responsibilities:
- Build new staff tracking process from the ground up
- Collect and manage headcount data from internal and vendor partners
- Track current state of staffing, scheduling, training completion and attrition of frontline headcount
- Communicate and recommend action plans to close performance and staffing gaps
Qualifications:
- Workforce Planning/Forecasting experience
- Excel/Gsheets experience is a must have
- R, Python
- SQL
- Reporting & Modeling
- Qliksense, Tableau, or google data studio proficiency is a huge plus. But not required.
