What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permanent Part-time Classroom Aide position at Motivation, Education, & Training, Inc.?
Supervise the children in assigned classroom; help supervise and prepare children for all activities. Help instruct the children in eating habits, use of restroom and personal hygiene. Ensure that each child receives physical and medical assistance when necessary. Help prepare children for and during dismissal. Participate in all applicable in-service trainings or meetings.
Applicant will possess a High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree in social work and Head Start experience preferred. Detail and multi-task oriented. Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Must be able to cope with stress. Time spent in strenuous physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
