-Writes strategic and engaging communications, messaging and targeted writing across multiple channels including social, web, print and email.
-Creates compelling narratives and produces a wide range of content, including websites, blog posts, videos, infographics, slide decks, and social posts.
-Researches and edits copy to ensure continuous dynamic content for online formats.
-Builds and manages timelines and a content calendar.
-Analyzes products, platforms, websites, and channels for content delivery requirements, and creates effective content distribution plans.
-Manages and completes work on time while maintaining a high level
of copy editing accuracy and competency.
-Translates product, feature, and service details into easy-tounderstand
support content.
-Meets and consults with teams on a variety of digital communications
projects.
-Participates in a cross-functional environment with various edit
touchpoints.
-Collaborates with Launch Readiness teams, Operations and Product
Managers to write content for upcoming launches.
-Creates content strategy plans, standards and guidelines for the
creation, publication, and lifecycle of content.
-Analyzes data and metrics to both inform content production and the
performance of existing content with the goal of continual
improvement.
-Creates or incorporates editorial guidelines, including voice and tone.
-Oversees the development of processes, templates, guides, and
training.
-Keeps Knowledge Base articles and other internal content accurate
and up-to-date, while proactively iterating and making improvements.
-Posts content to all social media channels and facilitates community
management and social listening on all social media channels.
-Strategizes talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital
activations.
-Performs content audits, reporting and analytics.
-Participates in brainstorming sessions for various campaigns across
the company.
-All other duties as required.
