Job Description
Moto Tassinari is a major manufacturer providing OEM product for Polaris Industries, Arctic Cat, and Ski-Doo, as well as KTM and several other motorcycle brands. We have been a leading innovator in the powersports industry for over 20 years and our products have won numerous championships and been named Product of the Year by leading industry publications.
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales member to join our team. Moto Tassinari offers an enthusiastic, fast paced and friendly working environment in our new facility located in West Lebanon, NH.
Candidates must be dependable, organized and able to work both as a team and independently. We are looking for a self-motivated career minded individual who will make the effort to thoroughly familiarize themselves with our product line and technical aspects so they can best serve the customer.
Responsibilities Include:
—Daily Quick Books use
—Daily credit card/PayPal batching
—Order entry and invoicing
—Communicating with international customers
—Data Entry
—Ability to handle a moderate amount of general product questions via email
—Processing online orders and communicating with customers
The ideal candidate will have:
—Quick Books Familiarity
—Professional phone skills
—Experience with USPS, FedEx and UPS online shipping services
—Strong work ethic and flexible to change within a fast paced environment
—Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
—Capability to multitask
