What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Motor City Wash Works Inc?
Job Duties:
- Assist with production needs and work closely with the production staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and in the correct formats
- Learn and operate light duty manufacturing machines.
- Assists with material handling needs in the plant, movement, staging and stocking.
- Support internal teams including electric assembly and receiving
- Assist with organization and maintenance of production plant
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to efficiently use a variety of mechanical hand tools
Physical Demands
- Overtime and weekend work are sometimes required
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently requirement to sit, use hands, and talk and hear
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
