As a Clerk at MCI, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation within the organization. This position involves handling clerical duties, maintaining records, and assisting with communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing documents, records, and correspondence
• Assisting in data entry and maintaining databases
• Handling customer inquiries and providing required information
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks and projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; further education in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
