About Us:

We’re a FedEx Independent Service Provider (ISP) running fast-paced delivery routes in Manhattan. We expect grit, consistency, and leadership. If you’re dependable, strong, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, this might be for you.

Position Overview:

This is not a 9–5. You’ll work Monday–Friday up to 12 hours a day, and occasionally cover weekend emergencies if needed. You’ll manage a delivery team, keep trucks moving, solve problems on the fly—and drive routes yourself when short-staffed.

You must have truck driving experience and managerial skills. No exceptions

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact between our company and FedEx

• Dispatch and track delivery trucks from Maspeth to Manhattan

• Step in and drive delivery routes when needed

• Enforce rules, train new hires, and handle performance issues

• Track hours, help with hiring/onboarding, and monitor compliance

• Keep trucks up to date with maintenance and DOT requirements

• Handle weather delays, customer escalations, and route planning using DRO

•  

  Must be able to work under pressure and resolve daily operational issues effectively

Minimum Requirements – Do NOT apply unless you meet all:

• 21 with a valid driver’s license

• FedEx, Amazon, or similar delivery experience

• Must pass drug test and DOT physical

• Must lift 75 lbs, walk all day, and work in ALL weather

• Must be able to drive a large step van (P1000 or bigger)

• Must be available Mon–Fri for up to 12 hours/day flexible for weekend emergencies

• Must have prior team management experience

• Strong communication, time management, and leadership required
