Job Summary:
- Drives a standard pick-up truck to deliver products to customers and will call products from vendors
- Helps Material Handler with the following:
- Receives, processes, stores, transfers, and stages incoming purchase orders
- Pulls and ships outgoing sales orders
- Manages materials in the warehouse, including bin locations and accurate inventory counts.
- Transfers materials between locations and/or relocates materials within warehouse
General Accountabilities:
- Loads and unloads the delivery vehicle
- Secures loads properly for safety of goods and to meet DMV requirements
- Obtains customer signature on ship confirmation for receipt of delivery
- Communicates using Slack for deliveries and will calls
- Required to use hand truck and forklift or other material handling equipment as well as UPS machines
- Follows safe working habits with material handling equipment
- Completes double check of orders before delivery for completeness and accuracy
- Establishes a good working relationship with customers. Listens to and helps resolve any customer complaints
- Recommends improvements in current practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower costs
- Cooperates and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth and timely flow of materials
- Effectively and accurately enters data and interfaces with DDI Inform
- Pays attention to and tracks vehicle mileage and performance to ensure maintenance is done on time and avoids breakdowns or serious problems
- Maintains general order and cleanliness of warehouse and delivery vehicles, including removal of trash, recycling, and pallets
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School or GED
- Interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Fluent in English
Salary : $17 - $22
