What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Mount Family Group, LTD?
Westaff is looking for a Forklift Operator in Mansfield, MA for Immediate Start!
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm
Location: Warwick, RI
Job Duties:
- Receive stock from vendors, verifying that shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Resolve any shipping inaccuracies.
- Twice weekly, run the technician restocking report, mark up and submit to purchasing.
- Run technician temporary stock report, pulling out any obsolete inventory.
- Report any damages to the purchasing department and complete necessary paperwork.
- Place received stock in the appropriate locations in the warehouse; making sure product is on the correct shelf.
- Assist supplies as needed with receiving in product and restocking shelves.
- Assist supplies in pulling orders and shipping, as necessary.
- Track Estimated Time of Arrivals of purchase orders to the warehouse.
- Monitor and provide Estimated Time of Arrivals for equipment assembly in the warehouse.
- Manage outbound freight shipments.
- Complete warranty processing for parts returned from technicians.
- Assist technicians with walk-up emergencies and requests.
- Ensure all stock has accurate barcodes that match what is in E-Automate and update when necessary.
- Follow up any open sales orders after 5 business days to resolve.
- Assist with unloading trucks, and/or direct incoming pick-ups to the Inventory Control Manager.
