At Mount Hope Home Care we are seeking 5 dedicated and hard working caregivers
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing to residents.
- Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Observe and document patient behavior and physical condition accurately.
- Support residents with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Ensure that all resident rights are respected and upheld at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and community involvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and patient observation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- A compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals in your care.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the needs of the residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
