We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional at our Intermediate Center working with our 3-5th grade learners with special needs. What Your Day Will Look Like:
The majority of your day will involve in person support and assistance to include, engaging and interacting with students to maximize their learning and potential, meeting the individual needs of ours students with disabilities, following the Identified Individualized Education Program (IEP), collaborating with teachers and other colleagues, providing personal care to students as needed and providing a safe and respectful environment. This position requires regular kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and standing, along with diapering and providing support for toileting
Schedule: This position will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM-3:45 PM, daily.

To compensate you for the wonderful work you will be performing and support you will be providing, you will receive $15.94 per hour beginning on your first day, including during the training period. Additionally, you are eligible to receive benefits including health insurance, flex spending, life insurance, short and long term disability, retirement plans, paid time off, and paid holidays.
