Overview :
This position serves as an analytics resource for Mount Nittany Health department of Planning & Business Development and executive leadership; responds to strategic planning questions, requests, or issues related to data collection and analysis; supports data governance efforts at Mount Nittany Health; works as a liaison between IS and the strategic planning office; coordinates and maintains accounts with third party data providers specific to the office of strategic planning. The aim of this role is to provide data and analytic support for decision making as it pertains to strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications : Education :
1) Minimum of Bachelors degree in health management, business, computer science / engineering, or related discipline.
Experience :
1) Prior health system Management Information Systems and / or analytics experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
1) Knowledge of business intelligence solutions and dashboard development preferred.
2) Conducts business in a professional and cordial manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of Mount Nittany Health.
