JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support and Receptionist duties for the Office of Human Resources and the Executive Office. Performs clerical and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation for both departments. Will receive job assignments from the Human Resources Specialist and the Director of Executive Office Operations. The Executive Office will take precedent over job assignments unless otherwise agree upon in advance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work closely with the Human Resources Specialist to complete administrative assignments to include filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and other administrative duties with the Office of Human Resources.
- Serve as receptionist when requested to manage telephone calls and inquiries, process incoming/out going mail, and any other administrative duties assigned by the Director of Executive Office Operations.
- Provide backup to receptionist during lunch periods during normal work schedule.
- Prepare and maintain a sufficient supply of Benefit Enrollment Packets and Personnel Policies for the Office of Human Resources.
- Assist in scheduling the use of agency conference rooms and vehicles when requested.
- Assist with the preparation of Board meetings at the direction of the Executive office.
- Assist the Office of Human Resources in gathering and compiling personnel information in preparation of internal/external audits.
- Maintain flexibility with job duties and assignments.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma
