Qualifications
Responsibilities: Uses and maintains all standard power and hand equipment, performs a variety of tasks involving grounds keeping, uses and maintains Power Sweeper. Keeps vehicles in clean and orderly condition, reports and maintenance needs to immediate supervisor. The position involves frequent strain due to strenuous work positions. Other duties may include snow and ice removal, pumping out dry wells during periods of prolonged rain and loading and unloading trucks.

- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience And Skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- 2 years of related experience.
License/Certifications
- Current NYS Driver’s License.

- The position involves frequent strain due to strenuous work positions.
