Greenskeeper/Horticulturist Assistant

Our Horticulturist Assistant is a key team member who works to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This position is seasonal, through October. We offer competitive pay, uniforms, meals, 401k matching, and more.

Daily duties consist of varied work in the care and maintenance of the golf course and grounds relative to the planting, cutting, and watering of plants, flowers, and trees. Planting (includes: design, planning, budgeting, and implementation of) and maintenance of the Golf Course, Learning Center, and Clubhouse beds (flowers, annuals, perennials and plants), fertilizing, trimming, pruning, and other duties to ensure the health.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This role requires: standing, walking, fine manipulation, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling in an outdoor environment. Candidates must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
