Recreational Gymnastics Coach/Instructor
Are you an energetic, self-motivated person who likes to work with children?
Mountain Gymnastics Academy is a growing, state-of-the-art gymnastics gym that offers classes ranging from Parent/Tot through Competitive Team. Previous gymnastics coaching experience is not required.
To be considered you’ll need to be energetic, reliable, willing to learn, great with kids and ready to make a difference in their lives.
Most classes are 4-8pm Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings, but we may offer more morning and midday classes as we continue to grow. Your schedule can be flexible within those hours.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience working with children in a recreation and/or instructional setting
- Physically fit enough to keep up with the kids!
- A strong desire to help and develop children
- Sensitivity to the needs of individuals and establish rapport with gymnasts and their parents
- Prioritize safety and structured training
- Arrive on time and ready to work and have fun
- Be a team player
- Pass a background check
- Pass the USAG SafeSport certification test prior to working with children

Starting pay is hourly and based on experience. Raises based on performance.
