Mountain Home Health Services provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of North Carolina and Georgia. We are growing in the Hayesville NC and surrounding Clay / Mason county area and looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse to our team.
As a home health LPN, you will be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. Home health is extremely rewarding and allows to you spend time getting to know your patients and their families.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
- Current state license
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience
- Home health experience a plus
