We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes and retail math concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends during the peak season.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
